📦 Returns & Exchanges
At Brrotank, every piece is made-to-order and uniquely tailored to your specifications. For this reason:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each garment is crafted just for you, helping us reduce waste and maintain a sustainable production model.

💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Your order was canceled by us before shipping.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Delays once the product is shipped
- damaged or defective item (Exchange only)
⏳ Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing your order.
- After 2 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation within the time frame, email us at elite@brrotank.com with your order number immediately.
📮 Damaged or Defective Products
We uphold high standards in craftsmanship and packing, but in the rare case your product is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
✅ Claim Requirements:
- You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel — this is mandatory for any damage or defect claim.
- Email us at elite@brrotank.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- The unboxing video showing the issue clearly
- Clear images of the damaged/defective product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
🔁 Resolution:
- After verification and approval by our team, we will offer a replacement/exchange only.
- No exchange will be provided without video proof and internal approval.
- Refunds are not applicable for damaged or defective claims — only exchanges are offered.
